About the Role:

Dreams IT Park is seeking a creative and data-driven
Digital Marketing Specialist
to join our growing team. As a remote position, this role offers the flexibility to work from anywhere while playing a critical role in developing and executing marketing strategies to drive traffic, engagement, and conversions.

Responsibilities:

  • Plan, implement, and manage digital marketing campaigns across multiple channels (SEO, SEM, social media, email, content marketing, etc.)
  • Monitor and analyze campaign performance metrics and make data-driven decisions to optimize results.
  • Develop engaging content for digital platforms, including blog posts, email newsletters, social media posts, and paid ads.
  • Manage and grow our presence on social media platforms (Facebook, LinkedIn, Instagram, etc.).
  • Conduct keyword research and implement SEO best practices.
  • Collaborate with the design and development teams to align marketing efforts with branding goals.
  • Stay up to date with the latest digital marketing trends and technologies.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.
  • 2+ years of experience in digital marketing or a related role.
  • Strong knowledge of SEO/SEM, Google Analytics, Google Ads, and social media platforms.
  • Excellent communication and writing skills.
  • Ability to work independently in a remote setting.
  • Creative mindset with attention to detail and strong analytical skills.

Preferred Skills:

  • Experience with marketing automation tools (e.g., HubSpot, Mailchimp).
  • Familiarity with Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, or other design tools.
  • Basic understanding of HTML/CSS is a plus.
