Location: Remote

Official Working Hours: Saturday – Wednesday, 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM (Thursday & Friday Weekly Holiday)

Permanent: BDT 10,000 – 15,000/month (based on skills & performance, can increase further)

Role Overview

You'll design the Business Section of our upcoming news magazine website, modern websites and software focusing on layout, fonts, navigation, visuals, and mobile-friendly UI.

Key Responsibilities

Research & Planning: Study user behavior & analyze how top platforms present business news.

Layout Design: Build intuitive page structures for categories like Top News, Market Updates, Startups, Economy.

Typography: Choose clean, readable fonts & ensure visual hierarchy.

Navigation Design: Create user-friendly filters & navigation for Stock Market, Companies, Economy, Trending News.

Visual Enhancements: Add infographics, charts, images, and animations.

Responsive Design: Ensure usability across desktop, tablet, and mobile.

Engagement Features: Bookmarking, sharing, commenting, personalized suggestions.

Requirements

Freshers welcome

Creative & detail-oriented

Basic understanding of UI/UX tools & trends

Portfolio (personal or academic) preferred

Permanent Pay: 10,000 – 15,000 BDT/month (skill & performance-based; higher growth possible)

Festival Bonus: 2 times yearly

Performance Bonus: Based on individual contribution & project success( on Permanent )

Weekly Holidays: Thursday & Friday
