Job Responsibilities:

  • Support the procurement of various goods or services or fabrics or raw materials as per organizational needs.
  • Coordinate with internal stakeholders to collect and understand specifications and timelines.
  • Prepare and process purchase requisitions and purchase orders.
  • Liaise with vendors for quotations, negotiation, and order confirmations.
  • Monitor supplier performance and ensure timely delivery of materials.
  • Maintain procurement trackers, documentation, and reports.
  • Coordinate with the production, logistics, and inventory teams for order processing and delivery follow-up.
  • Assist in resolving procurement-related issues including delays, quality concerns, or policy compliance.
  • Participate in vendor development and market research activities.

Safeguarding Responsibilities:

  • Ensure the safety of team members from any harm, abuse, neglect, harassment and exploitation to achieve the program's goals on safeguarding implementation.
  • Act as a key source of support, guidance and expertise on safeguarding for establishing a safe working environment.
  • Practice, promote and endorse the issues of safeguarding policy among team members and ensure the implementation of safeguarding standards in every course of action.
  • Follow the safeguarding reporting procedure in case any reportable incident takes place, encourage others to do so.

Qualifications:

Education:

  • Bachelor's degree from a reputed university, preferably in Engineering/Supply Chain/Operations Management/Textile.

Experience:

  • Minimum 2 years of relevant experience in the following business area(s): Manufacturing (FMCG), Retail Store, Garments, Supply Chain, E-commerce.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience in vendor sourcing from international markets.
  • Knowledge about Local & International procurement procedure.
  • Well versed in procurement software.
