Role Overview:

We are seeking a skilled Full Stack Web Developer to join our Global Marketing team in Dhaka. You will play a key role in designing, developing, and maintaining responsive, high-performance web platforms that support our business globally.

Job Responsibilities

  • Design, develop, test, debug, and maintain responsive web applications.
  • Develop custom WordPress themes and plugins with a deep understanding of WordPress architecture.
  • Write clean, efficient, and well-documented code using PHP (OOP), HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, jQuery, and Bootstrap.
  • Work with the WordPress API/Codex to extend and customize website functionality.
  • Integrate data from various back-end services and databases.
  • Optimize websites for performance, including page speed and bug fixes.
  • Use Git version control for collaborative development.
  • Contribute to UI/UX enhancements and provide creative input on front-end design.
  • Collaborate with the Global Marketing team to manage, maintain, and scale web platforms.
  • Apply advanced MySQL skills to build and manage robust database-driven features.
  • Stay updated with industry trends and recommend best practices for development and design.

Experience Requirements

  • 3–4 years of professional experience in full-stack web development.
  • Strong proficiency in PHP (OOP), HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, jQuery, Bootstrap, and MySQL.
  • Extensive experience with WordPress development, including themes, plugins, and API integration.
  • Hands-on experience with responsive web design, cross-browser compatibility, and performance optimization.
  • Familiarity with Git version control and collaborative workflows.
  • Good understanding of UI/UX principles and ability to contribute creative solutions.
  • Strong problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and ability to work effectively in a team.
