- Oversee and manage the end-to-end file processing for student visa applications for the UK, USA, Canada, Europe, Germany, and other international universities and institutions.
- Demonstrate strong knowledge and hands-on experience in visa consultancy, documentation, and application procedures across multiple study destinations.
- Ensure accuracy, compliance, and completeness of all visa and admission documents in accordance with embassy and university requirements.
- Supervise, train, and support the counseling and processing team to achieve branch targets and maintain high-quality service standards.
- Maintain strong, trust-based relationships with students, parents, and partner institutions through in-person meetings, phone calls, and online consultations.
- Respond promptly and professionally to phone calls, emails, and walk-in inquiries, ensuring accurate information and excellent customer service.
- Coordinate with internal departments and external stakeholders to resolve application issues and ensure timely submission of student files.
- Prepare and submit monthly performance and progress reports to management, highlighting branch achievements, student application statistics, and key operational insights.
- Monitor branch performance metrics such as application volume, visa success rates, and client satisfaction, and implement improvement strategies where needed.
- Ensure all communication, documentation, and data management are handled with professionalism, confidentiality, and compliance with company and embassy policies.
