Role Description

This is a part-time remote role for an Management Executive. The Executive will be responsible for overseeing day to day operations, strategic initiatives, managing cross-functional teams, and driving organizational goals. Day-to-day tasks include developing and implementing operational plans, work towards organizational sales objective, product listing, product marketing and ensuring efficient workflow and resource allocation. The role requires collaboration with stakeholders to identify opportunities for growth and improvement while ensuring alignment with the organization's vision and mission. Salary BDT negotiable).

Qualifications

  • Leadership, strategic thinking, and organizational management skills
  • Proficiency in project management, team coordination, and cross-functional collaboration
  • Strong communication, presentation, and decision-making skills
  • Ability to manage resources effectively and prioritize tasks
  • Experience in developing and executing organizational policies and procedures
  • Proficiency with digital tools, data analysis, and reporting
  • Educational background in Business Administration, Marketing, Management, or a related field is preferred
  • Track record of driving results and achieving organizational goals is highly advantageous
