Our experienced counselors provide essential information for admissions, help in writing Statements of Purpose (SOPs), and assist in preparing documentation for visa applications, all free of charge. We also offer services such as credit transfer, tuition fee transfer, accommodation assistance, and part-time job guidance. Our team continuously monitors students' activities and assists them if they wish to change universities for a better academic experience.

Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Student Counselor located in Niketon, Gulshan 1, Dhaka. The Student Counselor will be responsible for providing one-on-one consultations to students, offering career counseling, guiding students through the admission process, assisting with documentation for visa applications, and providing information on accommodation and part-time job opportunities. The role includes maintaining regular communication with students and monitoring their progress to ensure a smooth educational experience.

Qualifications

  • Skills in Student Counseling and Career Counseling
  • Strong Communication and Customer Service skills
  • Experience in the Education sector or related field
  • Ability to work effectively in an on-site team environment
  • Excellent organizational and documentation skills
  • Bachelor's degree in Education, Counseling, or a related field is preferred
  • Additional language skills and knowledge about international education systems are a plus
