The Role
This is an onsite in-person role based at Mirpur, Dhaka. We are looking for Academic Content Creators in the following subject area:
- Chemistry
You will develop high-quality academic materials for classes 9–12, including:
- Lecture scripts and slides
- Study notes and summaries
- Concept explanations and solved examples
- Practice problems with detailed step-by-step solutions
- Knowledge base articles for AI tutoring
- Ensure curriculum alignment and pedagogical consistency across materials
The content will be used in video lectures, learning apps, and AI-assisted study tools; so clarity, structure, and accuracy are key.
Skills Requirements:
- Strong teaching experience at the school or coaching level or higher (minimum 3 years).
- Proven track record of preparing students for SSC/HSC or equivalent exams.
- Deep understanding of the NCTB curriculum (Class 9–12).
- Ability to explain concepts clearly and systematically.
- Strong command over English and Bangla (bilingual explanation ability preferred).
- Familiarity with academic writing, LaTeX, or digital content creation tools is a plus.
Academic Requirements:
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in relevant subject areas from a reputable Bangladeshi university (DU, BUET, RUET, KUET, CUET, JU, RU, CU, SUST, NSU or any Medical College/University)
- High academic standing (CGPA 3.5+ preferred)
