Role Description
This is a full-time hybrid role for a Senior Staff Nurse at Surgiscope Hospital located in Chattogram, with some work from home flexibility. The Senior Staff Nurse will oversee daily nursing activities, manage patient care, and provide clinical supervision to junior staff. Duties include administering medication, operating medical equipment, monitoring patient progress, and coordinating with a multidisciplinary team to ensure high-quality patient care.
Qualifications
- Registered Nurse certification, with a Bachelor's degree in Nursing
- Extensive experience in clinical nursing and patient care management
- Strong leadership and mentorship abilities
- Proficiency in using medical equipment and electronic health records
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to operate in a hybrid work environment
- Problem-solving and critical thinking skills
- Experience in a hospital or similar healthcare settings is a plus
- Advanced certifications in specialized nursing fields are advantageous
