Job Context:

Riseup Labs
 is seeking an Executive, Brand Communication to develop and deliver impactful brand messaging across digital and offline channels. The role includes managing campaigns, ensuring brand consistency, and engaging target audiences effectively. Strong communication, creativity, and strategic thinking are essential to strengthen and grow the organization's brand presence.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Develop video scripts, concepts, and storyboards for Riseup Labs and partner brands.
  • Present and host video content, interviews, and brand stories with confidence.
  • Act as a brand influencer & storyteller, connecting with audiences across platforms.
  • Write engaging content for brand campaigns, social media, blogs, and presentations.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to create engaging presentations, campaigns, and visual stories.
  • Work with creative and design teams to ensure content aligns with brand voice and identity.
  • Stay updated with modern marketing trends, influencer strategies, and digital storytelling techniques.
  • Represent the brand at events, webinars, or live sessions when required.

Educational Requirements:

  • Background in Marketing, Mass Communication, Media Studies, Creative Arts or Relevant

Additional Requirements:

  • Minimum 2 years of experience in brand communication, content creation, or related field.
  • Excellent communication skills with fluency in English (both spoken & written).
  • Strong presentation and public speaking ability with on-camera confidence.
  • Proven experience in content creation, video scripting, or storytelling.
  • Knowledge of modern marketing tools, influencer trends, and brand communication strategies.
  • Creative mindset with the ability to think outside the box and captivate audiences.
  • Strong organizational skills to manage multiple projects with tight deadlines.
  • Team player with a proactive, energetic, and positive attitude.
  • Background in Marketing, Mass Communication, Media Studies, or Creative Arts.
  • Experience working in branding, influencer marketing, or digital content production.
  • Previous experience as a presenter, host, or social media personality is a plus.
