About the Role

SDB-IT is seeking a highly creative and skilled Video & Graphics Designer with strong experience in advertising, motion design, and software product marketing. This is a full-time on-site role for someone who can think visually, create impactful brand stories, and support our SaaS, e-commerce, and workforce development products with high-quality design and motion content.

If you are passionate about creativity, innovation, and designing for international-level clients—this role is for you.

Key Responsibilities


• Create high-quality promotional videos, motion graphics, product explainers, and social media content.


• Design graphics, UI-based visuals, marketing banners, and branding assets for SaaS and multi-vendor e-commerce platforms.


• Collaborate closely with the marketing & product teams to produce creative campaigns and presentation visuals.


• Produce digital ads, reels, shorts, and micro-videos for different platforms.


• Maintain consistent brand identity across all creative assets.


• Brainstorm and develop innovative concepts for product marketing.


• Edit videos and animations aligned with project and product storyboards.


• Work with cross-functional teams to support product launches, updates, and customer communications.

Required Technical Skills

Must Have:


• Adobe Photoshop


• Adobe Illustrator


• Adobe After Effects


• Adobe Premiere Pro

Additional Tools:


• Canva


• CapCut


• AI-based editing tools (Runway, Adobe AI, etc.)

Experience & Qualifications


• 2–3 years of proven experience in advertising, motion design, and software/SaaS product marketing.


• Strong understanding of visual storytelling, brand identity, and modern motion trends.


• Experience working in fast-paced product-oriented environments.


• Must have the ability to think "outside the box" and deliver fresh, bold, and creative ideas.


• Strong English communication skills — professional level (reading, writing, speaking).


• Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.


• Proactive team player with a growth mindset and passion for learning.


• Must be innovative, imaginative, and detail-oriented.


• On-site work is mandatory.
