We're Hiring 2 Junior WordPress QA Engineers

We are seeking 
talented and detail-oriented Junior WordPress QA Engineers
 to join our team at 
ShapedPlugin, LLC
. In this role, you will work closely with our development team to thoroughly
test our WordPress plugins, identify and report issues, and help ensure consistent frontend performance and overall product quality.

This position is an excellent fit for individuals who are passionate about
WordPress, enjoy testing plugin functionality,
and take pride in contributing to exceptional user experiences.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Test WordPress plugins to identify bugs, inconsistencies, and performance issues (mostly frontend).
• Create, maintain, and execute test cases and scripts.
• Collaborate with developers to resolve issues and improve plugin quality.
• Validate new features, enhancements, and bug fixes before release.
• Document test results and provide clear feedback to the team.
• Testing application performance, responsiveness, and cross-browser compatibility.
• Stay updated on the latest WordPress standards and testing tools.

JOB REQUIREMENTS:

• Good understanding of WordPress core functionality, ecosystem, WooCommerce, popular themes, and plugins.
• Familiarity with manual testing methodologies and QA processes.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Attention to detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality work.
• Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
• Experience with GIT for version control will be a plus.
• Passion for quality assurance and a desire to learn and grow.

NICE TO HAVE:

• Practical experience in WordPress plugin/theme testing.
• Good understanding of website architecture and aesthetics (effectively using color and typography).

• This position does not offer remote work options; it is an on-site job.
