Job Title: Safety Officer - Hazard Prevention Specialist

Description: We are seeking a highly skilled Safety Officer to join our team. As a Safety Officer, you will be responsible for ensuring a safe working environment for all employees and contractors. This includes conducting regular safety audits, investigating incidents, and providing training to staff on safety procedures.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Conducting safety audits to identify potential hazards and implementing controls to mitigate risks
  • Investigating incidents and accidents to determine root causes and implementing corrective actions
  • Providing training to staff on safety procedures and protocols
  • Maintaining accurate records of safety inspections, incidents, and training sessions


Requirements:
  • Bachelor's Degree or Diploma in Engineering/Safety-related field (Min 3-year course)
  • NEBOSH IGC 3, IOSH, and OSHA certifications
  • At least three years of experience in the Gulf region in the oil and gas, construction, petrochemical, and oil refinery industries
  • Previous experience with Aramco, SEC, NEOM, and SABIC projects is preferred
