Job Opportunity: Product Developer

We are seeking a skilled Product Developer to join our team. As a Product Developer, you will play a key role in contributing towards securing best product from a customer perspective.

About the Role:

  • Responsible for product development, capability development and design insights to strengthen collection buying working with T1/T2 Suppliers.
  • Ownership in securing product development flow and sample handling process.
  • Work with global teams to execute market development plan and supplier/product strategy on your product categories.
  • Design/fashion trend, customer trend expert in the team and works closely with Assortments, PO Merchandising, rest functions, suppliers to deliver on elevated product focus.
  • Collaborate with suppliers to educate them on customer needs.
  • Act as a product representative on the ground and problem-solve.
  • Promote sustainable innovations covering both components and processes such as 3D/VSR and similar from region.

Requirements:

  • Academic background in Textile Engineering.
  • Minimum 5 years of Product/Designer experiences, preferably on Knit/Jersey Womenswear.
  • Experience on different tools and systems.
  • Clear understanding of T1 and T2 suppliers.
  • Extensive customer and product knowledge, along with good knowledge in Price, Material, Stuk, Experience in Component attributes, wash and print is preferred.
  • Creative, flexible, ambitious and business mindset.
  • Communication, collaboration, organizing and planning, teamwork, and stakeholder management skills.
