Transport Manager

Join our team as a Transport Manager and take on the challenge of leading our fleet of vehicles to success.

Responsibilities:
  • Transport Dispersal: Ensure timely and efficient transportation of staff as per priority of work.
  • Paperwork Management: Supervise and maintain accurate records of all company vehicles, including tax tokens, fitness certificates, insurance, and new vehicle registrations.
  • Automated Record Keeping: Develop and maintain a system for timely action and decision-making.
  • Driver Training: Create effective training modules and ensure drivers receive training on basic behavior, cleanliness, punctuality, timeliness, and traffic rules.
  • Vehicle Procurement: Manage relationships with vehicle suppliers to secure good condition vehicles and standard services at minimum cost.
  • Transport Bills Management: Ensure accurate and timely management of transport-related bills.
  • Coordination and Support: Maintain coordination with DMP traffic offices and provide support in case of on-road accidents or crises.
  • Transport Maintenance: Supervise and ensure the repair and maintenance of transport vehicles, both in-house and externally.
