Responsibilities & Context

Transport dispersal to staffs as per requirement & priority of work.

Supervising capability to keep all the papers updated (tax token, fitness, insurance, new vehicle registration etc.) of all the company's vehicle.

Maintain an automated record keeping system that facilitates timely action.

Creating effective training modules & ensure training for the drivers regarding basic behavior, cleanliness, punctuality, timeliness, doâs and donâts, traffic rules etc.

Manage vehicle suppliers to get good condition vehicles & standard service with minimum cost.

Ensuring transport related bills management & control.

Capability to maintain coordination with DMP traffic offices and remaining ready to support for on road accidents/crisis moment manage.

Supervising capability to ensure repair and maintenance work of transport in house & outside.
