Nexbild is a New York-based software company building a suite of cloud platforms for industries that have relied on paperwork and phone calls for too long: HR and workforce management, construction project management, property management, and location intelligence. We are taking these industries digital, one product at a time. We need a Business Development Executive to represent Nexbild to businesses in the \*US, UK, Europe, and GCC\
* markets, running discovery calls, presenting demos, building pipelines, and closing deals. You will work night shifts from Bangladesh, aligned to international business hours. Freshers with strong academic backgrounds are encouraged to apply. Drive and potential matter as much as direct experience. You'll need: 1–2 years of software/SaaS sales or BD experience (or exceptional academics)

· experience selling into US/UK/Europe/GCC
· outbound tools (Apollo, LinkedIn Sales Navigator)
· knowledge of HR, construction, property, or mapping software OTE: A strong performer hitting targets consistently should expect BDT 50,000–70,000+ per month total. Full-time only.
