Negotiable (Based on Experience) Application Deadline: Urgent Trends Bird Limited is seeking a smart, proactive & client-focused Senior Executive – Client Servicing to join our digital team. This role is ideal for someone who can confidently manage client communication, coordinate seamlessly with internal teams & ensure the smooth execution of campaigns, creative projects & brand activities. The selected candidate will work closely with the creative, strategy, media, production & account team to deliver high-quality work on time while building & maintaining strong client relationships.

Key Responsibilities
• Manage day-to-day communication with assigned clients & maintain strong professional relationships
• Receive, understand & translate client briefs into clear internal directions
• Coordinate with strategy, creative, digital, media, production & other relevant teams for smooth execution
• Prepare contact reports, status updates, meeting notes, presentations & project timelines
• Ensure projects move efficiently from briefing to execution, review, approval & final delivery
• Follow up with internal teams & clients to maintain timelines, quality & workflow discipline
• Handle client feedback professionally & ensure revisions are communicated & executed properly
• Support campaign planning, brand activities & integrated communication projects
• Assist in proposal preparation, presentation development & pitch coordination when required
• Monitor ongoing projects closely & proactively identify delivery risks, delays, or gaps Requirements
• 2–4+ years of experience in client servicing, account management, brand communication or a similar role
• Prior experience in an advertising agency, creative agency, digital marketing agency or integrated communication firm will be preferred
• Strong understanding of client servicing, campaign workflow & cross-functional agency coordination
• Excellent verbal & written communication skills in both Bangla & English
• Strong presentation, coordination & follow-up skills
• Ability to manage multiple projects & work under pressure within tight deadlines
• Proficiency in PowerPoint, Excel, Word & presentation development
• Strong sense of ownership, responsibility & professional accountability
• A relationship-driven mindset with the ability to confidently manage clients & expectations
• Organized, solution-oriented & calm under pressure
• A collaborative team player who understands the balance between creativity, deadlines & business priorities
• Agency-minded, with communication maturity & strong execution discipline Educational Requirements Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communication or a relevant field is preferred. Candidates with relevant experience will also be considered. Compensation & Other Benefits
