Plant, Savar, Dhaka Job Responsibilities Labaid Pharmaceuticals Limited, an innovative & vision driven futuristic company, started its journey to be a global player in the pharmaceuticals arena within short span of time. Currently, we are in search of talented, motivated and result oriented candidates for the following position:
• Formulation development of new dosage forms of Tablet, Capsule, Oral Liquid (Syrup, Suspension and Emulsion), Topical Preparation (Cream, Ointment and Lotion), Injectable Dosage forms (Liquid Ampoules, Powder for Injection, Lyophilized products and pre-filled syringe), Nasal Drops and spray, Eye drops and other dosage forms.
• Pre-formulation, API Characterization, Excipient selection, Preparation of Specification and Method for analysis of API and Excipients.
• Setting of Quality Target Product Profile, Critical Quality Attributes and Critical Process Parameters for Products and Design DoE (Design of Experiments) for set parameters.
• Conduct formulation trial, Preparation of Trial and Pilot Batches, Selection of Packing and Packaging materials to Conduct stability.
• Preparation of Stability Protocol, Conduct, Supervise and Design stability study of products according to ICH and other suitable guideline. Shelf-life estimation and Stability report submission.
• Analytical method development and validation for API and Finished products.
• Preparation of Product Development Report and submission for regulatory review. Review and Preparation of Dossier for Regulated, Non-Regulated and Semi regulated market, following CTD, ACTD format.
• Preparation of Hold time study protocol and execution along with report preparation before Technology Transfer.
• Preparation of Technology transfer protocol, execution, act as Unit head of Sending Unit for Product and Method transfer and Report Preparation for Technology Transfer.
• Selection and design of Tools and Change parts of equipment necessary to prepare new products at manufacturing and toll site.
• Art work review, Preparation of Document required for regulatory submission required for the registration of product in local and international market. Requirements
