• Source candidates through job portals, social media, employee referrals, and recruitment campaigns.
• Coordinate with universities and educational institutions to maintain a consistent flow of applicants.
• Screen and evaluate candidates based on communication skills, confidence & Job sustainability.
• Coordinate and manage the candidate assessment process.
• Maintain an active candidate pipeline and recruitment database.
• Prepare and maintain regular recruitment reports and hiring updates.
