Key Responsibilities
• Take overall responsibility for business operations, ensuring effective coordination between the factory, head office and all relevant departments.
• Lead sales and business development activities to acquire new customers, secure regular orders and expand the company’s market presence will be added as extra qualification.
• Utilize an established customer network to generate monthly production orders.
• Supervise narrow fabric manufacturing operations, including production planning, machine utilization, manpower allocation, quality control and timely delivery.
• Provide technical guidance on yarn selection, fabric composition, product specifications, consumption, costing and manufacturing processes.
• Monitor production costs, product pricing, wastage, profitability and operational efficiency.
• Coordinate with sales, production, procurement, stores, accounts and other relevant teams to ensure smooth execution of customer orders.
• Maintain strong business relationships with garment manufacturers, buying houses, merchandisers, sourcing teams and procurement professionals.
• Oversee product development, sample preparation and customer-specific requirements in coordination with the technical and production teams.
• Identify operational challenges, resolve production and delivery issues, and implement improvements to enhance productivity and reduce manufacturing costs.
• Lead and supervise the sales and factory teams, ensuring accountability, productivity and achievement of business targets.
• Monitor sales performance, production progress, order status and overall business performance, providing regular reports to management.
• Develop and implement business strategies to improve market reach, customer retention, production efficiency and long-term profitability. Educational Qualifications
• BSc in Textile Engineering is preferred.
• Candidates with relevant technical qualifications and substantial practical experience in narrow fabric manufacturing may also be considered. Experience Requirements
• Minimum 8–10 years of relevant experience in narrow fabric, elastic or garment accessories manufacturing, including substantial experience in a senior supervisory or management role.
• Proven practical experience in narrow fabric manufacturing processes, machinery and factory operations. Remuneration
