Job Description / Responsibility

EDU WISE Foreign Consultancy serves as a bridge between international universities and Bangladeshi students. Its vision is to become renowned as one of the best educational consultants worldwide. Established in 2009 in Dhaka, Bangladesh, the organization is dedicated to guiding Bangladeshi students in pursuing educational opportunities abroad. Today, EDU WISE operates three branch offices in Dhaka, Sylhet, and Chattogram.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Provide professional counseling to students and guardians on foreign education and visa options.
  • Develop, manage, and maintain a strong client and student database with regular follow-up.
  • Guide students through admission, application, and complete visa processing procedures.
  • Communicate and coordinate with foreign universities and colleges on behalf of the company.
  • Prepare, review, and maintain accurate documentation for visa and application processing.
  • Lead visa interview preparation and ensure compliance with all requirements.
  • Handle client interactions in person, over the phone, and via email professionally.
  • Conduct seminars and promotional activities to attract prospective students.
  • Support marketing initiatives and contribute to business development strategies.
  • Monitor visa updates and keep students and management informed.
  • Ensure ethical, transparent, and customer-focused services at all times.
  • Achieve monthly and quarterly business targets set by the company.
  • Supervise, guide, and support junior counselors and team members.
  • Maintain detailed records of student interactions in the CRM system.
  • Collaborate with senior management and internal teams to execute business plans.

Educational Requirements

  • Bachelor/Honors
  • Graduation in any discipline. Candidates with an English-medium background or a foreign degree will be given preference.
  • Skills Required: Visa Processing, Communication, Student Admission, Overseas Admission, Visa consultancy., University Admission Process

Experience Requirements

  • At least 2 year(s)
  • The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Immigration and Education Consultancy Service

Additional Requirements

  • Must have fluency in speaking and writing communication skills in English (IELTS 7.0 equivalent English proficiency will be given preferences)
  • Must have strong presentation and excellent communication skills
  • Must have the tendency for commitment of long- term work contracts
  • Must have good command over MS word, Excel, English typing and Web Browsing
  • Minimum 2 years of relevant experience in Canada and UK counseling.
