IT Support:
- Provide day-to-day technical support to all departments (hardware, software, network).
- Troubleshoot PCs, printers, scanners, LAN, Wi-Fi, CCTV, and attendance devices.
- Maintain ERP user accounts and coordinate with software vendors for system issues.
- Ensure data backup, antivirus update, and basic cybersecurity practices.
- Support digital systems used for production, HR, and compliance.
Payroll & HRIS:
- Collect, verify, and prepare attendance, OT, leaves, LOP, and shift data from the HRIS/attendance machines.
- Generate monthly payroll reports accurately and within deadlines.
- Assist in preparing salary disbursement sheets, bank advice, and statutory calculations.
- Maintain employee personal files and HR database in the system.
- Support internal/external audits with required payroll and attendance documents.
Documentation & Compliance:
- Prepare HR and IT-related documentation as required for audits (BSCI, SEDEX, HIGG, Accord/Alliance, etc.).
- Maintain confidentiality of payroll data and employee records.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's Degree in CSE/IT/BBA/Management (any relevant discipline).
- 1–3 years of experience in IT support and payroll management in the RMG sector (preferred).
- Strong knowledge of attendance machines, payroll software, and ERP.
- Good command of MS Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Table, formulas).
- Strong analytical ability, honesty, and attention to detail.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet payroll deadlines.
