The Opportunity

We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented
Paid Intern
to work directly with our Digital Marketing and Events teams. This unique cross-functional role is designed to provide hands-on experience in two core areas of our business: the data-driven world of paid digital advertising and the logistics of creative event activation.

If you are eager to learn how to drive brand visibility through strategic ad placements and bring creative concepts to life, this is your chance to contribute from Day 1.

Key Responsibilities

The Intern will be actively involved in supporting our teams across the following areas:

1. Paid Advertising & Digital Marketing Support

2. Campaign Assistance:
   Help set up, monitor, and optimize paid campaigns across social media platforms (e.g., Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn) and other digital channels.

3. Media Research:
   Assist the media buying team by collecting data on target audience demographics, competitor ad spending, and emerging digital trends to inform strategic media plans.
4. Performance Reporting:
   Track, collect, and organize quantitative data (impressions, clicks, conversions) from digital campaigns to assist in creating post-campaign performance reports.

5. Content Coordination:
   Coordinate with the creative team to ensure advertising assets (images, videos, ad copy) are ready and correctly formatted for launch across various digital platforms.

6. Event Planning & Activation

7. Logistical Support:
   Assist in the end-to-end planning of BCL's client events, workshops, and brand activations, including venue research, vendor coordination (catering, technical setup, printing), and material procurement.

8. On-Site Execution:
   Be present at events to assist the Event Management team with setup, registration, on-the-day troubleshooting, and ensuring a seamless experience for clients and attendees.
9. Documentation:
   Maintain meticulous records of event timelines, budget expenditures, vendor contacts, and post-event analysis for future reference.

Qualifications and Requirements

• Current enrollment or recent graduation from a Bachelor's or Master's program in Marketing, Business, Communications, Event Management, or a related field.
• A strong, demonstrable interest in both digital marketing (especially paid campaigns) and event coordination.
• Excellent organizational skills and meticulous
  attention to detail
  —this is critical for managing budgets and event logistics.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills in English and Bangla.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) is required.
• Ability to work full-time and commit to the entire 3–6 month duration.
• Must be a self-starter, eager to learn, and capable of handling multiple administrative tasks simultaneously.

Compensation

This is a
PAID INTERNSHIP
. Compensation will be provided monthly as a stipend commensurate with industry standards in Dhaka. Specific details will be discussed during the interview process.
