Job Description:

Mojaru Education Technologies Ltd. is looking for a creative and skilled
Cinematographer

to join our production team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for capturing high-quality video content for educational, promotional, and digital media projects. The role requires expertise in camera operation, lighting, framing, and visual storytelling to ensure visually engaging and professional outputs.

Key Responsibilities:

• Operate professional video cameras (DSLR, Mirrorless, or Cinema cameras) for recording educational and promotional content.
• Plan, set up, and execute shoots according to the project's creative direction.
• Collaborate with directors, editors, and production teams to achieve desired visual styles.
• Adjust lighting setups and camera settings for optimal video quality.
• Capture both indoor and outdoor footage maintaining consistent color tone and composition.
• Ensure proper equipment maintenance and safe handling of all gear.
• Manage shooting schedules and meet project deadlines.
• Stay updated with modern cinematography techniques and tools.

Job Specification:

Education & Experience:

• Bachelor's degree in Film Studies, Media Production, or related field (preferred).
• Minimum
  1–3 years of professional experience

in cinematography or video production.

Skills & Competencies:

• Proficiency in operating cameras such as Canon, Sony, or Blackmagic series.
• Strong understanding of composition, framing, and visual aesthetics.
• Knowledge of lighting techniques and equipment setup.
• Basic understanding of video editing software (Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, or DaVinci Resolve).
• Creativity, attention to detail, and ability to visualize concepts.
• Strong teamwork and communication skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.

Additional Requirements:

• Portfolio of previous cinematography work (mandatory).
• Flexibility for indoor/outdoor and occasional off-site shoots.
