Sr. Manager/ Asst. General Manager

Job Description / Responsibility

We are looking for a young, dynamic and energetic marketing and sales assistant general manager who has experience in the Bangladesh
Real Estate/ Land Development industry
. This candidate should have at least 6 to 8 years of proven experience in marketing properties, obtaining leads for the sales team to pursue and constantly find ways to innovate and integrate said innovations into the company.

  • Highly knowledgeable on
    Real Estate / Land
    business and present market.
  • Responsible for the entire Sales including policy formulation and implementation.
  • Responsible to lead Sales Team and have to achieve team target.
  • Lead the team for daily customer visit and follow up accordingly.
  • Create new corporate/ industrial or group customer to accrue the sales target.
  • Prepare daily work report as well as week closing report at the weekend.
  • Time to time report to the supervisor.
  • Able to find some new corporate house/individual customers who are eligible to buy our product.
  • Create a strong data base and able to handle it independently.
  • Building a strong relationship with the customers.
  • Must be a team player, proactive, self-motivated and willing to take initiative and result oriented.
  • Aggressive for sales completion with excellent leadership capability.
  • Any other responsibilities as and when assigned by the management will be treated as a duty.

Educational Requirements

  • Master of Business Administration (MBA)
  • Skills Required: Sales & Marketing, Real Estate Marketing, land Sales

Experience Requirements

  • 6 to 8 year(s)
  • The applicants should have experience in the following area(s):
