Game Developer (Multi-Platform)

Job Description / Responsibility

  • Develop, maintain, and optimize high-quality games using
    Unity (C#)
    for mobile and WebGL platforms, ensuring clean, modular, and scalable architecture.
  • Implement gameplay systems, UI logic, animations, interactions, and performance optimizations suitable for mobile, web, and low-latency environments.
  • Leverage
    AI-assisted development workflows
    to accelerate coding, refactoring, debugging, testing, and documentation while maintaining human oversight and code quality.
  • Integrate games with
    custom backend servers
    to enable online features, including authentication, player data management, leaderboards, events, and multiplayer functionality.
  • Connect game clients to
    private or telecom-grade server infrastructure
    using REST APIs, WebSockets, and real-time services, coordinating closely with DevOps or server teams.
  • Support multi-platform development initiatives, including
    Unreal Engine projects and AR/VR experiences
    , adapting game logic across devices when required.
  • Collaborate with designers, animators, and UI/UX teams to integrate assets efficiently and participate in playtesting, iteration, live updates, and deployment cycles.
  • Maintain version control discipline, contribute to deployment pipelines, and ensure secure, optimized, and maintainable codebases aligned with long-term scalability goals.

Educational Requirements

  • Bachelor of Science (BSc) in Computer Science/Software Engineering/Game Development or a related discipline preferred.
  • Strong hands-on experience with a proven portfolio (GitHub / playable builds) may substitute for formal education.
  • Exposure to modern development practices, including AI-assisted workflows, is highly valued.
  • Skills Required: Game Development, API Development, unreal engine

Experience Requirements

  • At least 3 year(s)
  • The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Software Company,IT Enabled Service

Additional Requirements

  • Strong hands-on experience in Unity game development (C#) for mobile and WebGL platforms.
  • Practical experience or solid understanding of web game development (HTML5, WebGL, JavaScript).
  • Experience integrating games with backend servers, APIs, and client–server architectures.
  • Familiarity with online game features such as authentication, player profiles, progress saving, leaderboards, events, and multiplayer systems.
  • Working knowledge of AI-assisted development tools for coding, debugging, optimization, testing, and documentation.
  • Experience with Git/version control and collaborative development environments.
  • Additional exposure to Unreal Engine, AR/VR development, private or enterprise servers, CI/CD pipelines, or real-time multiplayer systems is considered an advantage.
