Job Description

We are seeking a
Game Developer
who can build and deploy
high-quality games faster
by
effectively using AI-assisted development workflows
, while also being capable of integrating games with
dedicated backend servers
for online features.

This role requires a
modern, AI-native developer mindset
—someone who uses AI tools to accelerate coding, debugging, optimization, testing, and documentation, while maintaining clean, secure, and scalable game architecture.

The developer will work on
Unity-based mobile games, web games
, and future
Unreal + AR/VR projects
, including
online and server-connected games
hosted on
private infrastructure (e.g., telecom-owned servers)
.

Key Responsibilities

Game Development (Core)

• Develop and maintain games using
  Unity (C#)
  for mobile and WebGL
• Implement gameplay systems, UI logic, animations, and interactions
• Optimize performance for mobile, web, and low-latency environments
• Build clean, modular, and scalable game codebases

AI-Assisted Development

• Use
  AI tools
  to:
• Speed up coding and refactoring
• Debug and reduce errors
• Generate boilerplate systems and utilities
• Improve performance optimization and testing
• Maintain
  human judgment and code quality
  while leveraging AI for efficiency
• Continuously explore better AI workflows for faster delivery

Online / Server-Based Game Integration

• Integrate Unity and web games with
  custom backend servers
• Implement online features such as:
• User authentication
• Player profiles and progress saving
• Leaderboards and events
• Multiplayer or synchronous/asynchronous gameplay
• Connect games to
  private servers or telecom infrastructure
  (REST APIs, WebSockets, real-time services)
• Work with DevOps / server teams to deploy and maintain game services

Multi-Platform & AR/VR (Secondary)

• Support or contribute to
  Unreal Engine projects
  when required
• Assist in
  AR/VR game or experience development
  using Unity XR or Unreal XR
• Adapt game logic for different platforms and devices

Collaboration & Production

• Work closely with game designers, animators, and UI/UX teams
• Integrate assets, animations, and effects efficiently
• Participate in playtesting, iteration, and live updates
• Maintain version control and deployment pipelines

Job Requirements

• Strong experience with
  Unity game development
• Proficiency in
  C#
• Experience or solid understanding of
  web game development
  (HTML5 / WebGL / JavaScript)
• Experience integrating games with
  backend servers or APIs
• Familiarity with
  client–server architecture
  for games
• Comfort using
  AI tools
  for development acceleration
• Experience with
  Git/version control
• Ability to write secure, optimized, and maintainable code
• Portfolio or project examples demonstrating gameplay and technical work

Education Requirements

• Degree in
  Computer Science, Software Engineering, Game Development
  , or related field preferred
• Strong hands-on experience and portfolio may replace formal education

Preferred Qualifications (Nice to Have)

• Multiplayer or real-time game experience
• Experience working with
  private or enterprise servers
• Knowledge of cloud or on-prem server deployment
• Unreal Engine 5 experience
• AR/VR project exposure
• CI/CD or automated build pipelines
