Sr. Executive/ Asst. Manager- Sales & Marketing

Job Description / Responsibility

  • Identify and develop new corporate and retail clients
  • Promote travel services (air tickets, tours, visas, hotel bookings)
  • Achieve sales targets and increase company revenue
  • Maintain relationships with existing clients and key accounts
  • Conduct market research and competitor analysis
  • Prepare sales proposals, quotations, and contracts
  • Coordinate with ticketing and operations teams to ensure service delivery
  • Plan and execute marketing activities (online & offline)
  • Prepare sales reports and update management regularly.
  • Maintain customer database and follow-up regularly
  • Handle client inquiries, feedback, and complaints professionally.

Educational Requirements

  • Bachelor/Honors
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to build and maintain professional relationships.
  • Target-driven with problem-solving mindset.
  • Good presentation and reporting skills.
  • Proficient in MS Office and basic CRM tools

Experience Requirements

  • At least 3 year(s)
  • The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s):
  • Travel Agent

Additional Requirements

  • 2–5 years experience in sales, marketing, or business development.
  • Experience in service industry (travel, tourism, logistics, or similar) preferred
