Sr. Executive / Asst. Manager - Sales
Job Description / Responsibility
- Actively seek new sales opportunities through company Facebook boosting, networking, social media, and reference generation.
- Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets set by the management.
- Identify clients' needs and financial abilities to propose suitable property solutions.
- Conduct professional presentations to demonstrate the features and benefits of the company's projects to prospective buyers.
- Accompany clients on visits to the project locations (site visits) to showcase the property and answer on-site queries.
- Maintain a strong follow-up mechanism with potential leads to convert them into customers.
- Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with existing clients to encourage repeat business and referrals.
- Prepare and submit daily sales activity reports, call logs, and visit summaries to the Team Leader.
- Maintain an organized database of clients and leads for future correspondence.
Educational Requirements
- Bachelor/Honors
- Skills Required: Sales & Marketing, Client Management, Excellent communication and presentation skills, Sales target, Customer Service, Negotiation Persuasion Skills, Strong leadership and interpersonal skills
Experience Requirements
- 2 to 3 year(s)
