Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for an Assistant Relationship Manager located in Comilla. The Assistant Relationship Manager will support Relationship Managers in maintaining and growing client relationships, handling client inquiries, and ensuring excellent customer service. The role involves assisting in the analysis of client needs, preparing reports, managing documentation, and coordinating with other departments to deliver seamless banking experiences. The Assistant Relationship Manager will also be responsible for monitoring account activities, identifying opportunities for cross-selling, and contributing to the overall success of the relationship management team.

  • Strong customer service skills and experience in handling client inquiries
  • Ability to analyze client needs and prepare reports
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills
  • Proficiency in managing documentation and coordinating with departments
  • Skills in identifying cross-selling opportunities and contributing to team success
  • Strong organizational and time management skills
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, or related field
  • Previous experience in banking or financial services is a plus
