Requirements

• Bachelor of Commerce (BCom), Bachelor of Commerce (Pass)

• 1 to 4 years
• The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s):
  Manufacturing (FMCG), Pharmaceutical/Medicine Companies, Electronic Equipment/Home Appliances, Group of Companies, Chemical Industries, Paint, Toiletries

• To be custodian of RM / PM and FG stocks available in the plant.

• Ensure correct receiving of all RM/PM from suppliers/vendors.

• Ensure material supply to production as per FIFO and FEFO.

• Ensure FG receiving from production floor.

• Arrange proper space utilization / stacking of all finished goods in the respective warehouse.

• Inform depot in charge about any discrepancy or product damage found after unloading and record it on invoice.

• Monitor whether the product is being kept right place right way after unloading.

• Ensure FG transfer to depots or distributor as per distribution/supply chain or business schedule.

• Maintain FIFO / FEFO during delivery to depot/distributor.

• Effective communication with internal and others department for smooth operation.

• Communicate with distribution/ supply chain business for smooth delivery.

• Inform to business and commercial availability of RM/PM/FG stock.

• Identify slow moving and non-moving item and to inform business and Finance

• Keep stock control system up-to-date and ensure inventory accuracy.

• Reconciliation of FG received & RM/PM issue quantity reconciliation with production.

• Reconcile labor contractor bill with gate pass /challan/ invoice in every month.

• Prepare monthly warehouse activities report, monthly stock report, loading unloading bill report, market return report, alarming stock report and submit to respective department.
