Hiring Retail Sales Executive

We are on the lookout for a proactive and results-oriented "Retail Sales Executive" to drive growth in our retail segment. The role involves onboarding new customers, achieving sales targets, building lasting retail partnerships, and ensuring strong field execution.

Opportunity to Earn: BDT 18,000 - BDT 25,000 monthly.

Work Location: Dhaka.

Responsibilities:

  • Visit & onboard new retail customers and promote company products.

  • Achieve assigned daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.

  • Guide customers in installing and using the company's mobile application.

  • Proactively identify and approach potential customers in the field.

  • Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with retail partners.

  • Conduct regular market visits to gather customer insights and feedback.

  • Submit daily reports detailing sales performance and market activities.

Requirements:

  • Graduation in any discipline.For experienced candidates, educational qualifications are flexible.

  • Must have 1–3 years of field sales experience, preferably in retail or FMCG sectors.

  • Demonstrated ability to consistently meet or exceed sales targets.

  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
