Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise incoming fresh fruits and vegetables at receiving points and ensure compliance with defined quality specifications.
- Maintain accurate records of quality checks, rejections, and supplier performance.
- Oversee repacking and trimming operations ensuring hygiene, correct labelling, and minimal wastage.
- Monitor packaging material quality, weight accuracy, and traceability during DC operations.
- Ensure FIFO (First-In, First-Out) and FEFO (First-Expired, First-Out) practices are strictly followed.
- Ensure adherence to food safety standards (BSTI, BFSA, and internal QA protocols).
- Monitor temperature and humidity controls in storage and transit areas
- Support internal and external audits and maintain documentation.
- Train team members on produce handling, quality parameters, and hygiene practices.
- Maintain daily quality reports, rejection summaries, and shelf-life records.
- Flexible to work in shifts, weekends, or extended hours when required.

- You have to complete your Bachelor / Diploma degree in any discipline
- Skills Required: Interpersonal Skills, Problem Solving Skills, Team management.
