Assistant Manager-Health Care Operations & Marketing
Job Description / Responsibility
- Assist in planning, coordinating, and monitoring the daily activities of Health Centers.
- Ensuring logistics, documentation and reporting ongoing activities
- Maintain equipment, service delivery information, and performance indicators.
- Assist in coordinating communication between field teams, Head Office and partner organizations.
- Conduct regular field visits to monitor field activities and gather feedback from beneficiaries and staff.
- Assist in the implementation of Marketing and Operations plan under the supervision of the Marketing team.
- Coordinate promotional events, community engagement programs, and awareness campaigns.
- Collect field photos, testimonies and information for marketing reports and digital content. Assist in the creation of posts, flyers, posters and other promotional materials on social media.
- Follow branding and visibility guidelines in the field and campaign locations. Prepare regular reports on operations progress.
- Maintain proper documentation of all field activities, stakeholder meetings and events. prepared for field level performance analysis summaries.
Educational Requirements
- Master of Business Administration (MBA) in Marketing
Experience Requirements
- 6 to 8 year(s)
- The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Healthcare/Lifestyle product
Additional Requirements
- Operations experience on Health Care
