Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a DevOps Engineer based in Dhaka, Bangladesh. The DevOps Engineer will be responsible for designing, implementing, and maintaining automation workflows to ensure efficient development and deployment processes. Day-to-day tasks include managing cloud infrastructure, monitoring system performance, troubleshooting technical issues, and working collaboratively with development and IT teams to enhance continuous integration and delivery pipelines. The role involves implementing security best practices, optimizing system performance, and ensuring the scalability of the platform to support business goals.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in DevOps practices, including CI/CD pipelines, containerization (Docker, Kubernetes), and infrastructure as code (e.g., Terraform, Ansible).
- Experience with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud, and advanced knowledge of system monitoring and performance optimization.
- Strong scripting and automation skills using languages like Python, Bash, or Shell.
- Understanding of networking, system administration, and security protocols to implement robust and secure solutions.
- Problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and the ability to collaborate across multidisciplinary teams.
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.
- Familiarity with healthcare technologies and compliance standards (e.g., HIPAA) is a plus.
