Scop
e: Expert analysis and guidance to partner team for critical operational, performance, revenue or fraud issues of Core Systems. Drive Service performance KQI and ensure best service experience through partner and vendor operation. Understand new service design, feature introduction, adopt the solutions in live network. Drive for innovative ideas to run the system efficiently with high service reliability and improved KPIs. Ensure Operational support to different Regulatory and Authority bodies and maintain the compliance.

Major Responsibilities:

  • Expert guidance to Managed Service team during critical operational activity execution, fault management and RCA conclusion to ensure operational excellence. Verification and validation of vendors provided solution before deployment.
  • Driving operational optimization of Core nodes resource and ensure improvement of KPIs.
  • Support Network modernization and implementation of security guidelines for new deployment, swap, expansion related activities.
  • DNA based use case build, Insight generation and expertise analysis.
  • Expert technical support for processing & billing of Call data record (CDR). Call drop cause code analysis, build and maintain logic for Call drop compensation. Recommend developing strong control logic for fraud management. Ensure analysis of traffic/data trend, discover possible exploitation mechanism, and recommend solution for prevention.
  • Ensure exploring Node's features and functionality to meet up different service modelling. Drive vendor to perform Proof of Concept (PoC) for the complex service modelling and suggest its dependency and possible way forward to adopt in the live network.
  • Ensure continuous assessment of Signaling thread/attacks through Signaling FWL and ensure corrective measures. Build new capability and UC for Signaling attack to safeguard Network/Services and meet Business security standards. Build and maintain Call spoofing/flooding protection.
  • Understanding different LI and Regulatory operational requirements for live network and support.
  • Responsible for supporting internal and external Audit, assess audit findings and ensure mitigation as per the timeline.
  • Governance of MS partner & OEM and bring Network and Service improvement.

Education & Experience Requirements:

  • B.Sc. Engineering in EEE/CSE/Telecommunications.
  • 8 to 10 years' working experience in Core Operation including Voice Core, Signaling, Security and Fraud management. Experience at NFVI cloud platform operation will be preferred.
