Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role located in Dhaka for an Assistant Chief Engineer. The Assistant Chief Engineer will be responsible for overseeing daily engineering operations, ensuring efficient and effective maintenance of all equipment and machinery. This includes supervising engineering staff, coordinating with other departments to ensure smooth operations, implementing and following safety protocols, and handling emergency situations concerning equipment breakdowns or repairs.

Qualifications

  • Mechanical and Electrical Engineering knowledge and experience
  • Skills in Maintenance, Repair, and Troubleshooting
  • Proficiency in Engineering Software and Tools
  • Experience in team leadership and project management
  • Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work under pressure and handle emergencies
  • Bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Electrical Engineering, or a related field
  • Experience in the manufacturing industry is a plus
  • Experience with safety and regulatory compliance
