Job Description / Responsibility

Quality Feeds Limited is seeking a competent and detail-oriented
Jr. Officer/Officer
-
Sales Admin
to support the Sales Department through effective administrative coordination, documentation, reporting, and customer support activities. The role requires hands-on experience in sales administration, strong analytical skills, and the ability to work closely with sales teams, accounts, and other internal departments.

Responsibilities:

  • Prepare, verify, and maintain sales-related documents such as sales orders, invoices, delivery notes, and agreements
  • Coordinate with Accounts, Warehouse, and Distribution teams for order processing and timely deliveries
  • Maintain accurate sales records, databases, and MIS reports
  • Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly sales reports and analysis
  • Assist in sales forecasting, target tracking, and performance monitoring
  • Handle customer queries related to orders, pricing, and documentation
  • Support sales promotions, schemes, and campaigns by ensuring proper documentation and communication
  • Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and internal controls
  • Maintain proper filing (physical and online) of sales documents
  • Perform any other sales administration tasks assigned by management

Educational Requirements

  • Bachelor of Business Studies (BBS) in Accounting
  • Bachelor of Business Studies (BBS) in Finance
  • Bachelor of Business Studies (BBS)
  • Minimum Graduate in Accounts / Finance / Management / Business Studies or any relevant discipline
  • Skills Required: Reporting and Documentation, communication and interpersonal skill.

Experience Requirements

  • 2 to 5 year(s)
  • The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Agro based firms (incl. Agro Processing/Seed/GM)

Additional Requirements

  • Strong understanding of sales administration processes
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
  • Experience with ERP / Sales Software is preferred
  • Good analytical and reporting skills
  • Excellent communication and coordination abilities
  • Attention to detail and strong organizational skills
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
  • Team-oriented with a proactive attitude
