Production Management Candidate (Full-time position)

What You'll Be Doing

  • Management of production processes for Fast Retailing Group brands (quality, cost, and delivery control).
  • Improving production efficiency, and innovating production methods.
  • Provide innovative and high-quality products for the brand.
  • Conduct negotiations with partners while adhering to company manuals and standards.
  • Report to direct supervisor and liaise frequently with external partners and globally relevant departments.
  • Perform other production duties as directed by the company.

What We Look for

  • Graduated from a full-time university with a bachelor's degree or higher in 2025 or by March 2026. We welcome applicants from all academic disciplines.
  • Business-level English proficiency, with strong verbal communication skills.
  • Demonstrated leadership abilities and strong problem-solving skills.
  • Deep interest in the manufacturing sector, particularly in production, clothing, factories, and fabrics.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills and a strong commitment to achieving results.
  • Willingness and ability to travel weekly to factory locations by car or airplane.
