About the Role:

At Ztrios, we are committed to driving digital transformation with secure and reliable technology solutions. We are seeking a Cyber Security Executive with knowledge in both Offensive Security (Red Team) and Defensive Security (Blue Team) to strengthen our IT infrastructure and protect our digital assets. This is an exciting opportunity for a proactive professional who thrives on tackling complex security challenges and ensuring organizational resilience against evolving cyber threats.

Key Duties & Responsibilities

● Perform penetration testing, ethical hacking, and vulnerability assessments to identify risks.

● Simulate real-world cyberattacks to evaluate and strengthen defenses.

● Monitor networks, applications, and cloud environments for suspicious activities.

● Configure and manage firewalls, IDS/IPS, SIEM, and endpoint security solutions.

● Respond to, investigate, and mitigate cybersecurity incidents.

● Apply security patches, system hardening, and compliance measures.

● Develop and enforce IT security policies, protocols, and standards.

● Support digital forensics and root-cause analysis for incidents.

● Stay updated with the latest threats, vulnerabilities, and mitigation strategies

Qualifications & Requirements :

● Minimum 1 year of practical experience in cybersecurity (offensive and/or defensive).

● Strong knowledge of penetration testing, vulnerability scanning, and incident response.

● Familiarity with cybersecurity tools such as Wireshark, Burp Suite, Nessus, Metasploit.

● Solid understanding of network security concepts (firewalls, VPNs, IDS/IPS, SIEM).

● Knowledge of cloud security (AWS, Azure, Google Cloud).

● Strong problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills

Preferred
:

● Certifications such as CompTIA Security+, CEH, OSCP, CISSP.

● Prior experience in SOC operations, Red Team/Blue Team exercises, or digital forensics.
