Application & File Processing Officer

Job Description / Responsibility

  • Application & Admission Management: Manage the complete student application and admission process accurately and within deadlines.
  • International Communication: Maintain regular communication with foreign universities, colleges, and authorized delegates.
  • File & Document Management: Organize, review, and maintain student files and documents with full accuracy and transparency.
  • Interdepartmental Coordination: Work closely with counseling and other departments to ensure correct information flow and successful admissions.
  • Confidentiality & Compliance: Ensure strict confidentiality of student and organizational information

Educational Requirements

  • Bachelor/Honors
  • Skills Required: Immigration Consultant

Experience Requirements

  • 1 to 3 year(s)
  • The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Immigration and Education Consultancy Service

Additional Requirements

  • Strong organizational and file management skills
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • High attention to detail
  • Ability to manage multiple applications simultaneously
  • Strong sense of responsibility and confidentiality
