Job Description / Responsibility

We are looking for young Professionals-Internal Audit Officers' to join our team at head office & factory level across different business locations.

  • Verifying monthly income and expenditure statement for MIS report.
  • Verification of receipt payment statement & bank statement, IOU & advance.
  • Employees and workers' attendance check & verify.
  • Physical inventory of store materials & chemicals.
  • Receipts, issue & consumption of store materials and chemicals to be checked as per documents.
  • Check received & delivery status of garments with challan.
  • Check production Qty. (process wise)
  • Check sample Qty. with register.
  • Check daily store purchase requisition, materials received with records.
  • Check daily fund requisition of unit from head office.
  • Buyer & style wise daily checmical consumption checked with demand sheet.
  • Verify and check the wash closing summary.
  • Verify the development of new and alternative of chemical.
  • Pre-audit of Salary, Wages, OT, Unpaid salary, unpaid payment, Leave encashment bill to be verified with records, all incentives, festival bonus.
  • Reconcile with monthly salary with MFS payment (Like Bkash, Rocket etc).
  • Verify the bank reconciliation statement and Cash book casting.
  • Vouching (Factory & Head Office)
  • Replace items of store materials physical verification and disposal.
  • Pre-audit of Head Office & factory purchases, service and commercial bill.
  • Check cash incentive.
  • Check inventory report of incoming goods.
  • Check import & export.
  • Any other value adding task assigned by supervisor.

Educational Requirements

  • Master of Business Administration (MBA) in Accounting
  • Master of Commerce (MCom) in Accounting
  • Master of Business Studies (MBS) in Finance
  • Skills Required: Internal Audit, Process Audit, Commercial Audit

Experience Requirements

  • At least 3 year(s)
  • The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s):
  • Garments,Textile

Additional Requirements

  • CA CC-complete.
