Job Description / Responsibility

  • Perform daily data entry and maintain office documents.
  • Prepare official letters, notices, quotations, challans, and invoices.
  • Manage incoming and outgoing emails.
  • File management, record keeping, and documentation support.
  • Organize and arrange office files and paperwork.
  • Provide administrative and operational support.
  • Handle visitors and clients.
  • Perform any other official tasks assigned by the Supervisor/Manager.

Educational Requirements

  • HSC
  • Diploma in Computer
  • Bachelor/Honors
  • Skills Required: Office Assistance, MS Office, Microsoft PowerPoint, Microsoft Word, Microsoft Excel

Experience Requirements

  • At least 1 year(s)

Additional Requirements

  • Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
  • Strong skills in Excel formulas, data entry, formatting, pivot tables, and charts.
  • Fast typing skills in both English & Bengali (English 30+ WPM, Bangla 25+ WPM preferred).
  • Good command of email communication.
  • Experience in Office Management Software / ERP will be an added advantage.
  • Ability to operate printer, scanner, and photocopy machines efficiently.
