You'll sit close to sales, clients, and internal teams, learning fast and contributing from day one.

What You'll Do

Business Development

  • Identify new business opportunities and support the BD team in pitching digital solutions, software products, and services.
  • Assist in preparing proposals, quotations, and sales decks tailored to client needs.
  • Conduct market research to understand industry trends, competitor activity, and potential leads.
  • Adequate understanding of the SBUs, Tech, Animation and Immersive
  • Maintain accurate records of leads, prospects, and ongoing opportunities in CRM tools.

Client Service & Relationship Management

  • Act as a key point of contact for clients to ensure timely communication and updates.
  • Coordinate with internal teams (tech, design, immersive) to ensure client requirements are understood and delivered.
  • Support in onboarding new clients and ensuring a smooth project initiation process.
  • Identify client pain points and propose suitable solutions to enhance satisfaction.

Presentation & Communication

  • Develop engaging and visually polished presentations, pitch decks, and reports.
  • Clearly communicate project updates, timelines, and deliverables to clients.
  • Participate in client meetings, demonstrations, and follow-ups with confidence and clarity
    .

Operational Support

  • Assist in documentation, meeting minutes, and follow-up tasks.
  • Support management in strategic BD initiatives and internal planning activities.
  • Ensure all client interactions are recorded and maintained for organizational transparency.

What You Bring:

  • 1–2 years of experience in business development, client service, or account management (IT/digital preferred)
  • Strong presentation skills (PowerPoint, Google Slides)
  • Clear written and verbal communication
  • Comfort with client-facing communication and formal documentation
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-moving environment
  • Basic understanding of digital products, software, or creative technology (preferred)
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, IT, or a related field
