Stewarding Manager

Team Management
- Supervise, train, and motivate the stewarding team.
- Schedule staff and manage daily workloads.
- Conduct performance evaluations and recommend promotions or disciplinary actions.
Hygiene And Sanitation
- Ensure that all kitchen, pantry, dishwashing, and service areas are clean, sanitized, and organized.
- Monitor adherence to hygiene standards and local health regulations.
- Implement and maintain Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) for cleanliness.
Inventory And Equipment Management
- Monitor and maintain inventory of cleaning supplies, detergents, chemicals, and kitchen equipment.
- Coordinate repairs and preventive maintenance of dishwashers, glass washers, and other stewarding equipment.
- Control wastage and ensure cost-effective operations.
Operations Support
- Coordinate with the F&B, kitchen, and housekeeping departments for smooth service operations.
- Assist in banquets, events, and daily restaurant operations as required.
- Ensure compliance with safety procedures and minimize accidents.
Budgeting And Reporting
- Prepare stewarding department budget and monitor expenditures.
- Maintain daily, weekly, and monthly reports on staff, equipment, and inventory.
