Executive/ Sr. Executive - Sales and Marketing
Job Description / Responsibility
We are seeking a highly motivated Sales & Marketing Executive to manage our sales and marketing efforts for Sena Lubricants. The ideal candidate must have a strong passion in sales and marketing with Petrochemicals industry. The role involves driving revenue growth, expanding market share and promoting our products to a wide customer base.
Key Responsibilities:
- Find potential customers and arrange sales visits.
- Plan, implement, and manage the company's sales strategy.
- Conduct market research to identify customer needs and selling strategies.
- Maintain relationships with existing clients and answer customer queries.
- Analyze customer feedback to improve sales techniques.
- Responsible for achieving the sales target of the company.
- Negotiate contracts and packages on behalf of the company.
- Prepare Sales report as required by the management.
Educational Requirements
- Bachelor/Honors
- Masters
- Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) in Marketing
- Master of Business Administration (MBA) in Marketing
- Skills Required: Relationship Marketing, Sales target, Customer Service, Communication and Negotiation Skill
Experience Requirements
- At least 2 year(s)
- The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Fuel/Petroleum
Additional Requirements
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and guide a team.
- Solid understanding of Lubricants Products and their uses in different sectors.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Ability to travel frequently for client meetings and site visits.
