The Role

We are looking for a data-driven and experienced
Senior SEO Specialist

to lead our organic search strategies. You will move beyond basic execution to perform high-level technical audits, create long-term growth strategies, and drive significant traffic for our US-based clients.

Key Responsibilities

  • Strategic Planning:

Develop and execute comprehensive SEO strategies that align with client business goals.
- Advanced Technical SEO:

Conduct deep-dive website audits to identify indexing, crawling, and rendering issues.
- Keyword Dominance:

Perform high-intent keyword research and competitive analysis to identify content gaps.
- On-Page & Off-Page Optimization:

Oversee link-building campaigns and on-page improvements.
- Analytics & Reporting:

Utilize GA4, GSC, Ahrefs/SEMrush to track performance and present data-backed ROI reports to stakeholders.
- Leadership:

Mentor junior team members and stay updated with the latest Google algorithm changes (Core Updates, AI Overviews).

Requirements

  • Experience:

Minimum
4–5 years

of hands-on SEO experience (Agency experience is a plus).
- Technical Stack:

Mastery of Google Analytics (GA4), Google Search Console, Ahrefs, SEMrush, Screaming Frog, and Tag Manager.
- Track Record:

Proven history of managing successful SEO campaigns with measurable results (be prepared to show case studies).
- Soft Skills:

Excellent command of English (Written & Spoken) is mandatory as you will interact with international teams/clients.
- Education:

B.Sc in Computer Science (CSE), BBA in Marketing, or a related field from a reputed university.
