Key Responsibilities

Revenue Ownership & Business Growth

  • Own the end-to-end retail media revenue target for Bangladesh.
  • Develop and execute the country retail media growth strategy across performance, display, and sponsorship products.
  • Drive monthly, quarterly, and annual forecasting, revenue planning, and pipeline management.
  • Maximize advertiser LTV through upsell, cross-sell, and long-term commercial partnerships.

Advertiser & Agency Leadership

  • Build and manage C-suite and senior marketing relationships with top brands, advertisers, and media agencies.
  • Establish DMS as a strategic growth partner, not just a media vendor.
  • Lead annual joint business planning (JBPs) with strategic advertisers.
  • Own key commercial negotiations, pricing frameworks, and contract structures.

Strategy, Narrative & Market Education.

  • Lead the Retail Media narrative internally and externally in Bangladesh.
  • Drive market education on full-funnel retail media value.
  • Represent DMS with industry bodies, agencies, and brand forums.
  • Champion data-led storytelling and performance communication.
  • Ensure seamless go to market alignment, campaign execution, and invoicing flows.

Campaign Excellence & Execution Oversight

  • Oversee & manage:
  • Campaign strategy & media planning
  • Budget pacing & optimization
  • Performance reporting & insights
  • Post-campaign ROI narratives.
  • Ensure best in class execution quality and advertiser satisfaction.

Financial & Operational Rigor

  • Secure purchase orders, contracts, and collections in partnership with Finance.
  • Strengthen billing accuracy, cash flow predictability, and revenue governance.
  • Drive operational efficiencies across the retail media lifecycle.

Team Leadership & Capability Building

  • Build and lead a high-performing DMS commercial and operations team.
  • Set clear targets, performance KPIs, and development plans.

Requirements
Job Requirements

  • Graduation in any discipline from any reputed University.
  • Minimum 8–10 years of working experience in relevant field. Experiences in Digital advertising / Retail media /marketing/ Performance marketing, E- commerce monetization.
  • Experience working with major platforms such as will be a +: Google Ads, Meta Ads & Experience engaging with: Media agencies, Brand marketing heads.
  • Proven track record of driving revenue growth and managing large advertiser portfolios.
  • Strong understanding of search, performance, display, and full-funnel digital media.
  • Strong P&L, forecasting, and revenue ownership mindset.
  • Excellent negotiation, stakeholder management, and commercial acumen.
  • Ability to influence without authority across large matrix organizations.
  • Proven experience in building and scaling high-performing teams.
  • Highly data-driven, with the ability to translate performance data into business strategy.
  • Strong command over: Media ROI, Attribution frameworks, Incrementality & lift measurement Communication.
  • Excellent English communication and presentation skills.
