Customer Service & Marketing Executive
Job Description / Responsibility
- Handle customer inquiries via phone, email, chat, and social media
- Build positive relationships and ensure excellent customer satisfaction
- Support marketing campaigns (online & offline)
- Generate leads and assist in converting them into sales
- Provide accurate information about products and services
- Promote products/services and generate leads
- Update and maintain customer records in CRM systems
- Collect customer feedback and share insights with the team
- Maintain customer records and follow up when needed
- Prepare daily/weekly customer service and sales reports
- Meet individual and team performance targets
- Participate in training sessions and team meetings
- Follow company policies and service standards
Educational Requirements
- Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA)
- Diploma in Business Studies
- Skills Required: Sales & Marketing, Digital Marketing (Social Media Marketing), Social Media Campaign, Offline Marketing, communication and interpersonal skill., Teamwork and Cooperation, Good communication and negotiation skills., Knowledge of office management systems and procedures MS Office and En, Customer Support Client Service Customer handling, CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
Experience Requirements
- At most 1 year(s)
- The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s):
- Trading or Export/Import, Shipping, Logistic/Courier/Air Express Companies, Clearing and Forwarding (C and F) Companies, Direct Selling/Marketing Service Company, Freight forwarding, Importer
- Freshers are also encouraged to apply.
